We accept institution checks, money orders, and personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Credit Card orders by mail must include card number, expiration date, security code, and cardholder's name, billing address and a phone number where the cardholder can be reached. We will verify any credit card order we receive by mail.
Personal checks must include name, address and phone number. Orders paid by personal check are held for two weeks while the check clears. Make checks or money orders payable and mail to:

All orders are shipped via UPS.
Normal shipping time to most NYS facilities is 1-3 business days.
Orders received by noon will usually ship the same day if there are no backorders.
Most backorders are filled within a day or two. If an item will not be available until a later date, we will notify you.
No shipments outside of the contiguous US.
Bust The Move has a policy of offering items that are considered open stock by the manufacturers. BTM does not carry seconds or irregulars.
We make every effort to describe all products accurately. However, manufacturers sometimes make minor changes. In that case, we may have to substitute an item of equal or greater value.
Return any unused item, for any reason, and we will exchange it, credit your account or issue a refund for the purchase price, whichever you prefer. Shipping charges and gift packaging are not refundable. Item must be in its original package and in saleable condition. Unlike other catalog companies, we do not charge a restocking fee. Returns for exchange must include return shipping charges. Please refer to the shipping chart on the order form.
If a package is refused by the facility for any reason, such as transfer, loss of privileges, etc, a $6.00 charge will apply to cover the cost of the return by UPS. This will be deducted from the credit issued for the return. This also applies to residential deliveries. If original order was eligible for free shipping, the UPS return charge and a $10.00 re-shipping charge will apply to re-ship the order.
If an item is damaged or is defective upon receipt, please return it to us for
replacement free of charge unless otherwise instructed in warranty. See warranty section for detailed information by brand.
After that time, please follow the instructions in the manufacturer's warranty.
We cannot accept any returns for products that are no longer covered by the
manufacturer's warranty.

Please refer to detailed warranty information enclosed with your purchase and the information provided in the catalog.
Warranties/Repair
Warranties do not cover any defect caused by normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, unauthorized adjustments or dissembling. Any alteration to electronics will void the manufacturer's warranty.
When returning an item for warranty repair, send prepaid, include proof of purchase and a detailed description of the problem. Include your return address and any required fees as stated in your warranty.
Insurance is recommended for all warranty returns.
After warranty period, repair or replace at owner's expense.
Do not return to BTM unless instructed to do so. Unauthorized returns will be returned to the customer.
All defective returns are subject to review.
If food is returned for any reason, please make sure it is packaged properly. Credit will not be issued for any returned items damaged in transit. Damaged food items will be discarded. Bread is NOT returnable due to short shelf life. If bread is returned for any reason, it will be discarded and no credit will be issued. Credit will not be issued for any food item that has expired and will be discarded.
