We accept institution checks, money orders, and personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Credit Card orders by mail must include card number, expiration date, security code, and cardholder’s name, billing address and a phone number where the cardholder can be reached. We will verify any credit card order we receive by mail.
Personal checks must include name, address and phone number. Orders paid by personal check are held for two weeks while the check clears. Make checks or money orders payable and mail to:

All orders are shipped via UPS.
Normal shipping time to most NYS facilities is 1-3 business days.
Orders received by noon will usually ship the same day if there are no backorders.
Most backorders are filled within a day or two. If an item will not be available until a later date, we will notify you.
No shipments outside of the contiguous US.
Bust The Move has a policy of offering items that are considered open stock by the manufacturers. BTM does not carry seconds or irregulars.
We make every effort to describe all products accurately. However, manufacturers sometimes make minor changes. In that case, we may have to substitute an item of equal or greater value.
Return any unused item, in it’s original packaging, for any reason, and we will exchange it, issue store credit or issue a refund for the purchase price, whichever you prefer. If the order was paid for by credit card, credit will be issued to that credit card. Unlike some other catalog companies, we do not charge a restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns for exchange must include return shipping charges.

Shipping over $100 is free. If an order that qualified for free shipping is returned due to transfer or loss of privileges for example, a $10.00 re-shipping fee will apply.
If an item is damaged or is defective upon receipt, please return it to us for
replacement free of charge. We will also refund any return postage charges you incur.
After that time, please follow the instructions in the manufacturer’s warranty.
We cannot accept any returns for products that are no longer covered by the
manufacturer’s warranty.
If food is returned for any reason, please make sure it is packaged properly. Credit will not be issued for any returned items damaged in transit. Damaged food items will be discarded. Bread is not returnable due to short shelf life. If bread is returned for any reason, it will be discarded and no credit will be issued.
