NYS inmates may receive two food packages a month. The combined weight of the packages cannot exceed 35 pounds. If food is returned for any reason, please make sure it is packaged properly. Credit will not be issued for any returned items damaged in transit. Damaged food items will be discarded. Bread is not returnable due to short shelf life. If bread is returned for any reason, it will be discarded and no credit will be issued. Credit willl not be issued for any food item that has expired and will be discarded.
